Ticketmaster's dedicated Group Sales Department provides total sales support for group organisers, social clubs, coach operators and schools. We are able to offer substantial discounts for most West End shows and a range of other events and attractions.

Booking Process
We understand that organizing a large number of people is not always a quick exercise and therefore we make every effort to help. Where possible we can reserve your tickets with no deposit for up to a month before requiring payment. However, this service is not offered within a month of the event. When your reservation is made you will be given a reference number. Once you have finalized numbers in your party, just confirm the actual number of tickets required. If you are unsure to the exact number of tickets you require we always recommend that you reserve the highest number, as it may be difficult to add additional tickets in the same area at a later date. Once tickets are confirmed they cannot be exchanged or cancelled. A booking is not deemed as confirmed until payment has been processed and cleared.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Solo, Switch or by sterling cheque. Please note that we require 10 working days for a cheque to be processed and tickets will not be dispatched until this has elapsed.

Account Facilities
For regular bookers who spend an average of £2000 a month we are able to offer account facilities. Service provided are ease of booking, detailed statements of purchases made, a priority number to the Corporate Department, marketing support and invitations to previews and launches of new events. Hours Of Business
Ticketmaster Groups & Corporate is open Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:30 and Saturdays and Public Holidays 09:30 – 15:30. Closed Sundays.
