What is a Ticketmaster Gift Card?

Gift Cards are a great way to give someone the chance to choose what event they wish to attend. They look just like a credit card, and can be used to make a number of bookings until their value is used completely, or to pay for part of a transaction. They are available in denominations of £10.00, £15.00, £25.00, £50.00, £100.00 and £200.00.

They can be used to buy tickets over the phone via the call centre, or at most Ticket Centres.

Where can I buy Ticketmaster Gift Cards?

Ticketmaster Gift Cards can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.co.uk, over the phone, or at E-Ticket Centres across the UK. They cannot be purchased at Classic Ticket Centres or at Ticket Centres abroad.

Gift Cards purchased online or by phone will be delivered to the customer's billing address.

How do I use Ticketmaster Gift Cards?

Before using your Gift Card, you will need to activate it - cards are delivered inactive for your security. The instructions for activating the card are supplied with the card. All you will need are your reference number from the card purchase and the card number itself.

The number to call to activate their card is: 0871 230 2631. This is an automated service. Cards can also be activated online using the website address provided.

Once activated, the customer can use the card to pay for tickets by calling the Ticketmaster call centre or at E-Ticket Centres in the UK.

Unfortunately, at this time Gift Cards cannot be redeemed against events in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Gift Cards can be used to make a number of bookings until their value is used completely, or to pay for part of a transaction.

So, how do I know how much money is left on my Gift Card?

When you activate your Gift Card, you will be asked to choose a PIN number. This will then allow you to go back to the same phone number and check your balance at any time.

Can I add credit to my Gift Card?

It is not currently possible to add credit to Ticketmaster Gift Cards.

When will my Ticketmaster Gift Card expire?

Ticketmaster Gift Cards expire one year after purchase.

Can customers still use their existing Gift Vouchers and Gift Certificates?
